Saladita Taqueria – Fresh, Flavorful Tacos & Mexican Eats in Santa Rosa Beach

We are so happy to have discovered this restaurant and will be putting on our rotation. The corn ribs are a must! We had the chips, guacamole and salsa and that trifecta was outstanding. The service was so great, and the owner was the sweetest. Everything was fresh and spot on for a taqueria, and I’m from Texas!

I loved our server’s accent, friendliness and smile My friend and I arrived not knowing that Nanbu had actually closed in this same location. We decided to stay and give Saladita Taqueria a try It was awesome I had an incredible tasting mango tea .. the two of us sampled the queso with chips ..along with the blackened grouper tacos The food was amazing…the entire experience was ! Y’all give them a try! You’ll want to go back I know that we will.

Discovered this restaurant on our recent trip to 30A & it didn’t disappoint. We went multiple times during our vacation and plan on being regulars when we visit. Does travel well if getting to go also. My personal favorite was the birria tacos and their elote ribs.

I tried many many items. I liked the carnitas taco The carnitas taquitos The elote ribs were good The rice and beans were yummy (it's red beans, maybe kidney? and spanish rice) Guacamole was delish Birria was okay- too sweet and cinnamon-y for my liking I disliked the carne asada taco - it disappointed me because this is such a classic. For me, it was over garnished and not what one would normally expect However, I am not from Texas, so maybe it's a tex-mex thing? I did not like the grouper taco- I thought the fish was spoiled but my husband said it was perfect (I trust him ). I guess I just don't like how the fish is prepared here. One thing to note is that there is a sweetness to every taco I mentioned. Come in expecting that. Our server Wayne was awesome! So pleasant and friendly! What a pro! Very trendy and cute ambiance. colorful, plays homage to Tex-Mex. Adorable

Some family gathered here for a surprise birthday party, and it was fantastic! They were very accomodating for our larger party. The owner and staff were amazing; very friendly and helpful. The food is not the cheapest tacos/nachos you could get, but they certainly are worth the extra buck! The nachos and baja shrimp were absolutely delicious, as well as all of the dips and the churros. We would definitely come here again!

Delicious food!!! Nachos with carnitas meat were very good. Lime/ creamy flavor made it very flavorful and savory. Restaurant itself is cute inside and out. There are a couple drinks options on the menu to order from. Margarita was also very good. New favorite Mexican place in Santa Rosa beach.
